1. If you are in the process of selling a property and have been made an offer by a different dealer, then the spoiler-dealer will tell you he can easily sell it at a higher rate. You will be awed and human greed is such that you will immediately revise your price upward. The result is that the spoiler-dealer gets breathing space  to get a client and make brokerage. A higher offer always plays a huge part on the psychology and works in 9/10 cases.
To counter this, you must set yourself some financial goals and always place your property in the market after conducting thorough research with a few top-notch Faridabad property dealers.
2. Most property dealers bad mouth the competition. To them, all other property dealers are sons and daughters of Beelzebub. Property dealers refer to as their brethren as cheaters, criminals, escaped convicts, con men, and worse.

I sourced a unit from a financier for 3500/- per sft, got my client’s approval and went to pay the advance. To my horror, the broker said the unit had been sold and it was now available for 3600/- per sft!
These are cheap and dirty strategies practiced by Faridabad property dealers. If they sense you are a keen buyer, they will jack up the rates.
