I sourced a unit from a financier for 3500/- per sft, got my client’s approval and went to pay the advance. To my horror, the broker said the unit had been sold and it was now available for 3600/- per sft!
These are cheap and dirty strategies practiced by Faridabad property dealers. If they sense you are a keen buyer, they will jack up the rates.
